Fashion week parties! If any of you follow project runway with cocaine like addiction as I most certainly do, then you're familar with Zulema. Kicked off the show last year as one of the next to last contestants.

Interestingly enough was also a lesbian but the producers never played that up on the show - instead portraying her as one of the evil characters (spit fire brimstone!). Bad producers! (not forgiving them for kicking Allison off still)

Zulema's fashion show at Cielor this week was - boring. Although I did love this model. She had great attitude walking down the runway - er dance floor. You can't see it here, but that dress was sheer and she had a pretty damn good body (skinny but not cocaine skinny).

I almost forgot today was 9/11. Not the date itself but the event itself. It's not because I'm in denial or because the date doesn't have any significance on me, because believe me, it does.

I'm sure there are a thousand blogs posting about 9/11 right now. But since I tend to dissolve into tears everytime I talk about it, how about we keep this blog as part of the rest of the blogosphere that stays on a more meaningless track.

The video above is from years ago, probably around 2002 or 2003, out on pier 24 during the moondance nights. Argentine tango is incredibly beautiful, powerful and passionate. I learned a few steps during my trip to Italy last fall and fell in love with it. Someday I'd like to learn more. Someday.
