SkiFest '06
Went away for the weekend up to Windham, NY. Shana's dad owns the most amazing house. Drove up right after work on friday night. Spent all day saturday skiing with friends on, the conditions were pretty fair. Lightly snowing most of the day which left for a decent scraping of powder on the trails.It's been so long since I've skiied regularly that I always need an hour warm up before i'm ready to hit the blacks. Sat night was really great... we all got together and threw this gourmet feast for ourselves... Skiing was basically our excuse to just eat a ridiculous amount of food. Hung out by the fireplace ... ate fresh baked cookies. Felt good to get away from new york even if it was just two days.
